What do you do at the charity? 

My role at Encephalitis International is Administrative Assistant. I help out with the day-to-day running of the office and support other departments whenever they need me!

Why do you like working here?

I am very proud to be working for Encephalitis International which is based in my home town of Malton, North Yorkshire.

Working for the charity is very rewarding, personally. I find it brilliant that we are the only charity of our kind, helping so many people worldwide by supplying them with support and resources and working hard to raise awareness.

Tell us something about yourself 

I am a hardworking and caring person, who loves animals. If I could have a farm, I would!

A fun fact about me is that I took part on a 90s children’s gameshow called Get Your Own Back (which we won!).

What difference does Encephalitis International make in your opinion?

Becoming Encephalitis International, will ensure that people around the world are aware we are here no matter where you live and receive the support they need
