What do you do at the charity?

I have recently been appointed as the Data Insights and CRM Manager. The role is to maintain the CRM systems ensuring robust and up to date data meet the needs of the charity. Though reporting and insight my aim is to transform the data into knowledge to help guide and make informed, strategic decisions allowing us to achieve our organisational objectives.

Why do you like working here?

I feel extremely lucky to have joined such an amazing and friendly team. In such a short period of time I’ve witnessed how dedicated and passionate everyone is – it’s evident that working here is much more than just a job.

Tell us something about yourself

In my spare time I love cooking and keeping fit. I have a wonderful family (including two children that keep me on my toes). As a family we love the outdoors. We are members of the National Trust and English Heritage and love a good find in the UK!

What difference does Encephalitis International make in your opinion?

Encephalitis International fills what would otherwise be a void for the support, information and research of such a serious and complex condition.
