Walk, Jog or Run the Thames Path Ultra Challenge and Support Encephalitis International

England’s most famous river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable Thames Path Ultra Challenge. Whether you choose to walk, jog or run, there are flat routes with great scenery – the 100km heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath, through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede and Windsor.

  • Distance Options: 100km, 75km, 50km, 25km, 10km
  • Start Location: Putney Bridge, South East UK

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

To take on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge whilst supporting the work of Encephalitis International, you can sign up via our partners at Ultra Challenge®.
