Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster, UK
This is an in-person only event aimed at children (up to 16-year-old) and their families who experienced encephalitis and its aftereffects. It is an opportunity for both children and parents to connect with each other and share experiences in a safe environment.
Schedule of activities
- Thursday 28th May, after 4pm– arrival and check in
- Thursday 28th May, 6pm – dinner followed by networking/entertainment
- Friday 29th May, 9-12 am – children activities/workshops/parent networking followed by lunch
- Friday 29th May, 2-5 pm – group visit to the Park
- Friday 29th May, 6 pm – dinner/entertainment/networking
- Saturday 30th May – family visit to the Park
Cost
- One adult family £50
- Two adult families £100
Cost include: hotel accommodation for 2 nights, all meals from Thursday night to Saturday morning, entrance to the park for Friday afternoon and Saturday, activities/workshops.
Family rooms for 5 people are available.
If you would like to extend your stay, you would need to contact the venue separately.
