AJ Case Management is a personalised case management service for children, young people, and adults with complex conditions, acquired through either a personal injury or clinical negligence.
We have a team of experienced case managers who are extremely committed to our clients who have a range of conditions. The company was formed in 2013 and over the years has developed an excellent reputation for knowledge and skill in the field of case management.

We have chosen the Encephalitis society for our Charity of the Year 2023 and will do several events over the year to raise as much as we can for this charity.
This charity was nominated by one of our Case Managers, Chrisanna Gibbs, as this charity really means an awful lot to her and her family.
Chrisanna’s Mum, at just 49 years of age, contracted Herpes Simplex Encephalitis. She was mismanaged by her GP and the local A&E she attended and had a delayed diagnosis which culminated in her acquiring a severe brain injury. She just about lived through the acute injury and eventually went home, after 12 months of being in various hospitals and a couple of rehab units, where Chrisanna’s Dad became a full-time carer for her. Four years later, complications from secondary impacts of the brain injury killed her. This left her whole family devastated, as you can imagine.
This year will be 20 years since she died, Chrisanna would love to generate as much support on this anniversary as she possibly can, and AJCM want to support her with this.
