On World Encephalitis Day, we will be asking everyone to wear something red, share their photos on social media and talk about why it is important for the general public to know about encephalitis.

Maybe you own a nice red tie and pocket square suit combo? Or want to turn heads in a pair of red shoes? Perhaps you are the proud owner of a red-coloured novelty hat which hasn’t seen light of day for several years? You may even have a photogenic pet which is itching to dress up formally for the occasion?
