Thank you for submitting your story, song, film, poem or photograph/s for publication to the Encephalitis Society.

These submissions are vital to the Society and those who view them and go a long way to raising awareness of encephalitis among the general public.

Please note - The following sections should be filled in by the person sharing their story - if the person is under 18 or does not have capacity, they should be supported by their parent/guardian and filled out where applicable.
