Role

Your role will be to develop and deliver a strategy covering the key areas of individual giving, legacies, some high value supporters , focussing on donor acquisition/retention and legacy recruitment, using digital and traditional fundraising means.  You will take responsibility for growing our database of supporters through multi-channel fundraising campaigns as well as stewarding existing supporters and encourage them to convert to regular donors and legators.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and delivery of strategies to maximise short and long-term income from existing individual supporters (including some high value relationships) and create online and offline strategies for innovation to recruit new supporters through one-off gifts, regular giving and legacy channels
  • Management of the individual giving function through direct marketing; supporter stewardship, digital fundraising; and legacy marketing to budget and agreed timeframes
  • Supporting the CEO and Director of Engagement with high value fundraising activities
  • Development and delivery of individual giving communication plans, strategies for email, search, display, paid social and other digital marketing and fundraising channels
  • Creating inspiring storytelling to build long-term relationships with donors, managing campaigns and projects effectively, ensuring that best practice and regulatory guidelines are followed
  • Using data to influence decision making and technology, including gaming to support your work.
