Encephalitis Conference 2020 - Highlights ENCEPHALITIS 2020 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Encephalitis 2020 was our first ever virtual conference with 257 attendees from 35 countries joining us via video link. A select number of our Scientific Advisory Panel were on site at the Royal College of Physicians for the event. We welcomed three keynote speakers: Professor Tom Solomon, Professor Carsten Finke, and Dr Benedict Michael and had, in addition, 12 oral presentations and 24 poster presentations from 14 countries.
