Stories and News Our blog Encephalitis Society joins CAF Resilience programme Encephalitis Society recently joined Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Resilience, an exciting new pilot programme designed to provide bespoke support to smaller UK charitable organisations. Each organisation on the programme will identify challenges to their resilience and receive expert support in these areas, along with up to £50,000 per year to increase capacity and encourage ‘thinking space’ to address these challenges. This will put them in the best possible position to continue delivering their much needed services for years to come. The CAF Resilience pilot will work with ten organisations, allowing them to benefit from shared expertise and cooperation with each other. The programme is funded by individual philanthropists and designed to encourage more high net worth individuals to support smaller organisations. The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) is pleased to be working with Encephalitis Society and looks forward to using the learning from this pilot to support the sector’s understanding of how small charities can be more resilient in challenging times.
